Hey you mob! The Victorian Government is directing all Victorians to stay at home, restricting sporting, cultural, recreational and commercial activities to help limit the spread of Covid-19.
For more information on what this looks like you can check out the following page published by the Department of Health & Human Services, COVID-19 Frequently Asked Questions.
In the meantime it’s important to not only take care and check in on those around you but to also take care of yourself and your wellbeing. There are many things you can do from home that can help keep you from being bored and help you maintain good mental health.

There are many Aboriginal artists releasing colouring pages and books that you buy. You can continue to exercise at home or by taking a small walk or run around your block (while maintain a good distance from anyone you pass) and you can also start up new challenges or activities you have been wanting to begin such as learning a new language (check out duolingo!) reading new books or watching some movies.
Our community is a very social one and that doesn’t have to suffer due to quarantine. You can utilize functions like facetime and apps like zoom to catch up with friends of family from the safety of your houses.
It’s important to stay healthy both physically and mentally during this time and we encourage you to have regular check-ins with trusted friends and family!
